How booking works

  1. Choose a one-off clean or a weekly membership (paid monthly), then your service: home, full property refresh, office, apartment complex, or commercial quote.
  2. Pick a day (at least 48 hours ahead) and a slot: Morning (09:00) or Afternoon (13:30), UK time. Each clean takes about 2.5 to 3 hours, so there are exactly two slots per day.
  3. Enter your name, phone, email and address/postcode. Tell us about pets, how we get in, and whether you’ll be home.
  4. Submit. There’s no payment online. We’ll confirm the booking, then arrange payment with you. Taken slots can’t be booked twice.
